We conducted a comprehensive refurbishment of the kitchen and utility room, encompassing the replacement of internal doors & flooring. The room underwent thorough plastering, including full reboarding and skimming of walls & ceiling. We implemented upgraded electrical features with new sockets and switches, complemented by modern ceiling LED spotlights.

In addition, we addressed plumbing concerns by replacing the stop tap and relocating the gas pipe. The kitchen was transformed with the installation of a new 5-piece shaker Mussell woodgrained design, featuring a Baroque oak worktop & upstands. To ensure a seamless finish, we leveled the floor and introduced waterproof laminate.

Finishing touches included the incorporation of new skirting boards, architrave, and the installation of three internal doors, resulting in a fully revitalised and contemporary living space.
